I just got mine today. It does a great job. I am quite large around and I was worried I would be too big when I first saw it. It stretches to fit. The length is great too.

I was kind of excited to actually get a toy for me. This device is VERY gelly. I thought it would be a bit stiffer (but I guess that's what we're for :) Very tight opening is somewhat difficult to enter. Doesn't have as strong of a sucking action as I was hoping for but still feels good. Easy to clean, just squirt a bit of soap in the end and run some hot water through it. My wife also enjoys using it, just more comfortable on her hands.

The super head honcho was a big let down. It did the opposite of what the box describes. I absolutely felt no suction, kind asmall, rips too easy, you have to use alot of lubricant or your just rubbing rubber and that hurts.
This product is a big let down so don't waste your money on this and buy something else.

It is tight when you first start using it, but after multiple uses, it stretches out just like the real thing. It is very inexpensive as compared to other products. You need a lot of lube to use it. I would buy this product again.

I'm not a huge consumer of sex toys, but I've tried several different items over the years, including a Fleshlight, and I've always been disappointed. They were always too tight, too loose, too much trouble and/or mess, or just didn't work at all. At long last I've found something that I can just enjoy. As has been pointed out in other reviews, you have to be careful to cover the far end so it doesn't spill out and make a mess, but other than that, it's as close to perfect as I've ever used. (Note that by "perfect", I don't mean "realistic"; no sex toy will ever feel like the "real thing." It's simply very quick, easy, and pleasurable.)
