(Don't think I'll do a video review!) I bought this on the recommendation of my Physical Therapist. I've been suffering from pain and pelvic floor dysfunction since the birth of my baby last year. Needless to say, it's use was not pleasurable for me. What it was good at was working out the painful trigger points myself. The tip has a bit of a point on it, which makes it a little uncomfortable, but that might just be mine.

I have suffered with chronic pelvic pain for three years, and this has become an important tool in my healing. I use the chrystal wand every other day to self treat and it has definately made a difference in my pain levels.
